With many years of experience coordinating support for youth and families, including special education services, mental health administration, residential counseling, and program and event management, I bring a deep understanding of the emotional, educational, and practical challenges faced by young people transitioning into independence.

Throughout my career, I have developed the ability to build trusting relationships, communicate with empathy and clarity, and maintain strong compliance, documentation, and consistency across services. Aligned with The BEcome Project’s mission to empower young women aging out of foster care through holistic support, mentorship, and life-skills development, I offer a unique perspective that bridges both the systemic and personal aspects of care.

I understand the operational side of coordination, compliance, and oversight, as well as the human side of trauma-informed support, behavioral guidance, and family collaboration. I am deeply committed to The BEcome Project’s values of empowerment, compassion, community, growth, and resilience, and I am motivated to contribute thoughtful oversight, program insight, and a compassionate voice to support the organization’s strategic growth and long-term impact.
